S Scale Turntables

A number of turntables and indexing systems are available for use on S scale layouts. Here's a list with a few details & links (listed alphabetically):

Mostly assembled, but may require adding bridge track:

AAA Precision Turntables	100' model available; includes motor & indexing; modeler specifies brand and code of bridge track when ordering
Bowser Manufacturing	available in lengths from 20" (~106') to 32"(~170') in 2" increments; include motor; modeler installs track on bridge; indexing available as optional add-on
Port Lines Hobby Supplies	22" (117') model available; includes motor; modeler installs bridge rails & track

Turntable kits and/or conversion projects:

Allegheny Models 1410 Pembridge Cincinnati, OH 45255 513-474-3848	Turntable kit (bridge & pit). 24" and 18" diameter, based on the Bethlehem twin span. Table is laser cut including sides, ties, planking, and operator's building. The pit is made from high quality particle board, sandwiched and then turned. Pit rail and ties are included. Available either as a kit or built up and painted.
DIamond Scale Products 3742 West Anderson Drive Glendale, Arizona 85308 (602)504-8589	65' model kit available useful in Sn3; also a 110' HO kit (scales out to about 78' in S) and other turntable kits that may also be applicable
PECO	N gauge turntable useful for Sn2 modelers; may require a small amount of modification depending on whether 9mm or 10.5 mm Sn2 is desired
